Today in Australia is Good Friday :)
A day of relaxing (aka doing nothing lol) and eating lots of fish. My mum made this really nice fish and prawn pie dish. We also had lots of prawns to eat throw out the day.
I hope you all have a wonderful Easter :D
So, fish doesn't count as meat then? I always wondered about that....what about other types of seafood?
