Melty Stars Tights!!

My melty stars tights came today!!

Sooo Happy!!

I ordered them in March from ODIP, they are really soft and beautiful

I can not wait to wear them this winter, add colour to all the black I wear when I am not wearing lolita

The tights also come in black, which I lot of my friends ordered. I am wondering if I will buy a pair in black after seeing their photos!!

New AP dress!

So a couple of weeks ago I brought secondhand a Angelic Pretty dress

I love it soo much!! <3

I have not tried it on yet, so I don't know how the colour will look as I have never brought a yellow dress before....

It came with matching socks (off brand socks), first time I have had matching socks! *giggle*

Picnic at the Gardens

Sorry for not posting at all last week :S

On Sunday I went to a meet up, we all met at the Royal Botanic Gardens for a picnic :)

Was so nice to see everyone and be able to catch up as at my high tea I couldnt

Lolita High Tea

This was the second year I have put on a 'Lolita High Tea' for all the Sydney lolitas

Last year only 9 lovely girls could come, but this year 33 girls and one man

So all together there was 35 of us, we all some fitted inside my house!

First course was 'Broccoil and Cheese soup'

Second course was 'Mini Quiches, Sandwiches and Mini Sausage Rolls'

Third course was of cause sweets and I made soo many things!

I had a wonderful time and I hope everyone that came did as well :)
I am looking forward to doing it all over next year and yes I have started planning!!
To everyone that came and to my family and family friends that helped, Thank you :)

Raaa!!

A couple of weeks ago (and thanks to a friend of mine) I made my first Mbok purchase :)

My purchase you ask? Well I brought the matching headbow for Angelic Pretty's Magic Whip

I am soo in love with it ~ <3

Today I am off to buy a wig for an event I am going to and as I am so busy these days I totally forgot to ordered one online :S

Off to the City!

Was at work today...so nothing much happened.
Love my job lol, I am working in Newtown. If you come to Sydney, you have to spend a day walking down King Street in Newtown. There are so many cool shops and lots of hand made things too.
My mum and I are going to spend a day (hopefully soon, maybe after we come back from Melbourne) shopping in King Street.

Forget to tell everyone that I am going to Melbourne end of next month with my mum, YAY!!
We are going to see the 'Tim Burton Exhibit'
This will be my first time, so mum is making sure we see everything we can in 3 days!

Was at a showing this weekend. On the opening night, I wore my chandelier skirt. I will put up photo when I get the photos.

Tomorrow I am going to one my my favourite bookshops in the city, 'Kinokuniya'.

New Skirt and Bonnet

At the beginning on the month SMASH! ( cosplay convention) was on. I was cosplaying again as lolita kakashi! I would upload photos here, but I took so many photos that it would take forever!!

While I was at SMASH! I went to One day in Paradise (a lolita shop) and bought a beautiful chandelier skirt and 'Anna House' black lace Bonnet.

I have not worn it yet, but I can not wait!!

New Lolita Dress from Qutieland

Last Friday my new lolita dress arrived :D
I brought a dress and a petticoat from Qutieland. The dress was $75 AUD + Headband bow $14.70 AUD and petticoat was $35 AUD.

The dress was Tailored made, and fits perfectly.
The dress is not lined (which I hoped it would be), the lace has been caught and has to be unpicked and resewn again (which is easy to do).
All in all for $75AUD I would say it's a great dress.

The dress is very comfortable :)

The petticoat fits well. As you can see in my first photo, I don't need to wear another petticoat as it poofs the dress out really well.
Petticoat is lined.

Communication with Qutieland is really good. Every email I sent they replied really quickly, which was great. They helped me pick which size I should get (I ended up getting it made to my measurements).

Will I be ordering again from Qutieland?
Yes, I will. They have a great range at good prices. And as I don't have a huge amount to spend on lolita clothing, it's a great website!
